About three weeks ago, I was granted a new lease on life...and I feel like a new woman! Not only are my spirits brighter, but I've also become more productive and discovered deeper fulfillment in my daily life. My regular naps have been replaced by energizing workouts (averaging well over an hour each day), and I'm enjoying every minute of it. I'm eating right and finally sleeping well. And my consulting business is booming! In the midst all of these improvements, I'm even cooking creative meals for my family every night. I feel healthier, stronger and more balanced every day, and I am so thankful!

Hey! I'll have you know that I make a mean chili...and lasagna...and roast! I've got mad skills in the kitchen now, girlfriend.
I will have to say, that chili and that lasagna is A-MAZING!
